- Eco-friendly cleaning products
- Paper savings through digitization

- Water-saving fixtures (planned)
- Pool filter system upgrade (2026)
- Target: 15% reduction in water consumption by 2028

- E-mobility out of conviction
- E-charging station for guests
- We reward your climate-friendly journey

- Solid wood furniture, parquet flooring in some apartments

###  Green Deal

- Climate-friendly travel by train
