# Frequently Asked Questions
Here we answer the most important questions about your holiday in one of our apartments at Lake Klopeiner See.
- Is there a pool?Yes! All guests have access to the swimming pool with sunbathing area, parasols and barbecue area.
- How far is it from the holiday apartments to Lake Klopeiner See?The lido at Lake Klopeiner See is about a 10-minute walk away. You can get there in 3 minutes by bike.
- Are pets allowed?Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Just let me know when you book.
- When are check-in and check-out?Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Other times possible by arrangement.
- Wer betreibt die Apartments?Familie Presslauer-Mori – seit den 1960er Jahren, mittlerweile in dritter Generation. Florian Mori kümmert sich um Haus Stefanie, Irmgard & Hannes um Haus Irmgard. - Is there an electric charging station for my electric car?Yes, there is an 11 kW wallbox directly at the house. Charging is billed according to consumption.
- Is there a bakery delivery service?Yes! You can order until 6 pm the day before and receive fresh pastries delivered directly to your door by 8 am.
- How do I get there by train?Take the ÖBB or Westbahn to Kühnsdorf-Klopeiner See station. From there, the Postbus stops directly in front of the house (Quellweg 6 stop). You can also take advantage of our Green Deal with a 5% discount!
- Is there free Wi-Fi?Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.
- What payment options are available?30% deposit upon booking, balance due 14 days prior to arrival. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, and cash payment on site.
