A special highlight of your stay with us: the garden with a large pool just a few meters from your apartment. Our apartments are not only available for rent in the summer season – you are welcome to spend your holiday with us year-round, including spring, autumn, and winter. They are also perfect for workers and company employees as company accommodation.

Three generations
For over 60 years, the Presslauer-Mori family has been welcoming guests to Lake Klopein. What began as a small holiday rental business is now our third-generation family project. It all started in the early 1960s when Alfons and Stefanie Presslauer welcomed their first guests to their house on Lake Klopein. Back then, St. Kanzian was still a hidden gem – a small village nestled among rolling hills, fruit trees, and the warmest bathing lake in Europe. What began as a small holiday rental business with just a few rooms quickly became a calling. The guests came, felt at home – and came back. Year after year.
1982 – House "Irmgard"
My parents, Irmgard and Hannes Mori, continued the tradition and opened a second house in 1982 – affectionately named Haus Irmgard. Two houses, one family, one goal: to welcome guests in such a way that they return. And they do. Some have been coming back every year for over 20 years. That's the greatest compliment for me.
2017 – The next generation
My name is Florian, and since 2017 I've been managing Haus Stefanie – named after my grandmother Stefanie, who started it all. The apartments are modernly furnished, but the spirit remains the same: personal, family-oriented, and uncomplicated. Irmgard and Hannes continue to manage Haus Irmgard with the Petzen and Obir apartments. With us, you're not just a room number – you're a guest of a family who have been doing this with passion for over 60 years.
