Our apartment buildings are located in St. Kanzian am Klopeiner See – the perfect starting point for your cycling holiday in Carinthia: hundreds of car-free themed cycle paths and the Drau Cycle Path in beautiful surroundings will delight you. In the Klopeiner See - Southern Carinthia - Lavanttal region, we offer perfect conditions for mountain bikers, e-bikers, and road cyclists. A lockable shed is available for your bicycles, and tools for repairs are also provided for our guests.

Flow Country Trail / Bikepark Petzen

Austria's first flow country trail opened in 2014 on our local mountain, the Petzen. At 10 km long, it's the longest in Europe. A flow country trail is a smooth trail that offers something for every mountain biker – with a roller coaster feel. Tables, jumps, berms... endless! Whether you're a beginner or a beginner, your chosen speed makes all the difference.

Tunnel biking, E-Biking and more

Tunnel biking is a wonderful leisure activity in Mežica, Slovenia, just across the border. Here, bikers equipped with headlamps and helmets can descend into an abandoned lead and zinc mine. The more than 5 km long underground route leads through the mine with minimal elevation changes, and the bike guides share fascinating insights into the mining history.
